VIN FIERT CU MIRODENII SI CONIAC

Vin fiert cu mirodenii si coniac

Ingrediente:

1 sticla vin rosu sec
coniac sau brandy
2-3 bucati anason stelat
4-5 cuisoare intregi
1-2 batoane scortisoara sau o lingurita scortisoara pudra
1-2 linguri zahar brun
felii de portocala pentru servire

Mod de preparare: se pun mirodeniile in toata cantitatea de vin, care se pune la fiert pe foc mediu pana incepe sa fiarba, fara sa clocoteasca. Se reduce focul la minim si se mai lasa la fiert pentru 15-20 de minute. Se scurge prin sita si se adauga zahar dupa gust, apoi brandy sau coniac dupa preferinta. Se poate servi in cani si se toarna atunci putin brandy say coniac. Se serveste cu felii subtiri de portocala in fiecare portie.
