CARTOFI GRATINATI CU NUCSOARA SI BRANZA CU MUCEGAI ALBASTRU

Cartofi gratinati cu nucsoara si branza cu mucegai albastru

Ingrediente:
 
1 kg cartofi
250 g branza cu mucegai albastru
2 linguri de unt
200 ml smantana lichida
1 varf de lingurita nucsoara rasa
sare, piper alb
 
Mod de preparare: cartofii se spala si se fierb in coaja in apa rece putin sarata, lasandu-i sa fiarba 15-20 de minute. Se scot si se lasa la racit. Separat se rupe branza in bucatele mici si se amesteca bine cu smantana. Cartofii reci se curata de coaja, se taie in rondele nu prea subtiri, se sareaza, se pipereaza si se presara deasupra nucsoara. O tava mare se unge cu unt, se asaza un strat de rondele de cartofi, deasupra amestecul de branza si smantana, din nou cartofi, iar deasupra se pune restul de unt. Tava se baga in cuptorul bine incins si se lasa 20-25 de minute pana se rumenesc bine cartofii. Se lasa putin la racit si se poate servi.
