TARTE CU BRANZA FETA SI ROSII

Tarte cu branza feta si rosii

Ingrediente:
 
un pachet de aluat congelat
200 g rosii cherry
500 g rosii foarte coapte, taiate felii subtiri
200 g branza feta
o lingura de oregano uscat
o jumatate de cana masline fara samburi
sare, piper
ulei de masline
 
Mod de preparare: intindeti intr-o tava captusita cu hartie de copt o foaie de aluat congelat, dupa ce s-a dezghetat bine. Nu foarte subtire, dar nici prea groasa, potrivita pentru o tarta clasica. Presarati deasupra feliile de rosii taiate in jumatati sau sferturi, rosiile cherry taiate in jumatate, branza feta sfaramata, maslinele taiate in doua, incercand sa acoperiti cat mai uniform suprafata. Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper si se stropeste cu ulei de masline, bagandu-se apoi tava in cuptorul bine incins. Se lasa 15-20 de minute, pana cand rosiile isi schimba culoarea si incep sa se usuce. Se scoate, se lasa la racit si se taie in patrate potrivite.
