CARTOFI DULCI SOTATI CU USTUROI SI CIMBRU

Cartofi dulci sotati cu usturoi si cimbru

Ingrediente:
 
800 de grame cartofi dulci curatati si taiati cubulete
6-8 catei mari de usturoi
4-5 crengute de cimbru
ulei de masline
sare, piper
 
Mod de preparare: intr-o cratita suficient de mare se pun 3-4 linguri de ulei, in care se calesc usor cateii de usturoi taiati in felii groase, iar cand si-au schimbat putin culoarea se adauga cuburile de cartofi dulci, amestecand tot timpul. Se condimenteaza cu putina sare si putin piper si se lasa in continuare pe foc, amestecand din cand in cand cartofii. Se pune deasupra cimbrul si se lasa in continuare la foc mic spre mediu, punand un capac pe cratita. Se prajesc in continuare cuburile de cartofi dulci pana cand se inmoaie si se rumenesc, servindu-se fierbinti ca garnitura.
