CARTOFI DULCI LA CUPTOR

Cartofi dulci la cuptor

Ingrediente:
 
2-3 cartofi dulci mari
1 lingura ulei de masline
1 lingura pudra de usturoi
1 lingura boia dulce
(optional) 1 varf de lingurita chimion macinat
sare
 
Mod de preparare: cartofii dulci se curata si se taie in felii nu prea groase. Se incinge bine cuptorul la 180 de grade si se prepara un amestec din uleiul de masline, pudra de usturoi, boiaua dulce (sau iute pentru cei care prefera picantul) si dupa gust chimionul macinat, putina sare, sos in care se pun feliile de cartofi si se amesteca usor, pana cand sunt bine acoperite. Se pun la copt intr-o tava mare acoperita cu hartie de copt si se lasa 10-15 minute, dupa care se intorc pe partea cealalta. Se lasa pana se rumenesc bine si se servesc intr-o farfurie adanca.
