SMOOTHIE ENERGIZANT CU ALUNE DE PADURE SI CAFEA

Smoothie energizant cu alune de padure si cafea

Ingrediente:
 
o jumatate de cana de cafea rece
un sfert de cana alune de padure tinute 12 ore in apa la temperatura camerei, apoi scurse bine
un sfert de cana lapte obisnuit sau lapte de soia
o banana
1-2 lingurite miere
cuburi de gheata
fulgi de cocos
 
Mod de preparare: pregatiti o cafea obisnuita, asa cum va place, dar fara sa adaugati zahar. Apoi lasati-o la frigider pentru cel putin o ora. Puneti in blender cafeaua, alunele de padure inmuiate in apa, banana taiata felii si laptele la temperatura camerei, adaugati mierea si mixati foarte bine. Ideal ar fi sa sfaramati inainte alunele daca vreti ca smoothie-ul sa fie gata mai repede. La final, cand amestecul este omogen, se mai poate adauga lapte, cuburi de gheata si fulgi de cocos pentru aspect si un plus de gust. Este o cafea in care veti regasi note dulcegi, fructate, alaturi de cele de alune de padure.
