MIC DEJUN SANATOS CU MERE SI FULGI DE OVAZ

Mic dejun sanatos cu mere si fulgi de ovaz

 O idee de mic dejun sanatos pe care vi-l propunem poate fi cel cu mere si fulgi de ovaz.


Ingredientele necesare sunt:

1/3 cana de fulgi de ovaz

2/3 ceasca de apa

1/2 mar

1/2 lingurita de scortisoara

putina sare


Se pregateste astfel:

Marul se taie in bucati mici.

Toate ingredientele se pun intr-un vas mic.

Se pun la fiert.

Se lasa la foc mic, timp de 5-7 minute, pana ce fulgii de ovaz devin moi.

Merele, fiind dulci, pot contribui intr-un mod natural la reducerea poftei de dulciuri. De asemenea, acestea contin si vitamina C si fibre.

Scortisoara este foarte benefica, avand efect antimicrobian. Mirosul sau stimuleaza activitatea creierului.

Ovazul este un excelent energizant, prielnic mai ales in perioadele in care vremea este rece si umeda. De asemenea, consumul regulat de fulgi de ovaz intareste sistemul imunitar.
